Self Storage Units in Buena Park, CA 90620

Temperature controlled units are hard to find in convenient locations and at a good price. I was convinced that, despite not being temperature controlled, a unit here would be adequate for my needs. As the items I’m storing are somewhat heat sensitive, I placed multiple thermometers in my second floor unit. I can pull the data from these into an app and see the temperature ranges over time. Even though my unit is along a wall that the sun shines down on, my unit only hit 90+ degrees for a couple of brief periods over a summer that had multiple 100+ degree days. Most of the time the temperature was around 82 degrees (this is my average over about 5 months). Not quite “room temperature”, but not much warmer. My apartment often is just as warm. The unit itself is clean and I haven’t had any problems. No pests of any sort, and no droppings either indicating any pest presence. My locks are always in perfect condition and in the exact same positioning and configuration I leave them in when I lock up. Nobody has ever touched them between visits. I continue to feel secure in storing my belongings here. So long as I have more stuff than I can keep in my own apartment, I will continue to store here.

We were in a bind looking for a storage unit last minute. Joann was so helpful and friendly. She gave us all the information and a tour. She gave us a reservation. We came back and Alan helped us finish the rental agreement. Everything was fast and smooth. We liked the fact that there is someone here in the building unlike other storage places. I have been with this storage facility since October 2021and I would highly recommend this facility. The Manager Joann is extremely informative, compassionate, and kind. She keeps the facility clean and if you have questions she is very knowledgeable. I’m thankful for the all seeing eye and care for this facility. Thankful that I have never had any break ins into my storage compared to my Daughter storage that was broken into three times in San Bernardino (she did not use A-A American storage). I tell you once again, this is the best, cleanest, and cheapest storage I know. I have 3 other family members that use this storage. Thank you A-A American Storage and Joann for all your help.
