The manager, John, was very helpful! I reserved online and wasn’t aware that I booked an upstairs and indoors unit. When he saw me checking in, with my young child, he offered to show me the unit before in case I needed to switch. He also offered to help unload into the unit. John got me transferred to a ground floor, outdoor unit (accessible on weekends) to better suite our needs!
